City Clerk for the City of Nogales

City Clerk City of Nogales reports directly to the Council and attends Council meetings. Prepares Council agendas and maintains records of all Council proceedings, minutes, resolutions, and ordinances, publishes all public notices as required by law.

The City Clerk is the City Treasurer.

The Clerk's office is also responsible for maintaining copies of permanent records of all city service contracts.

The City Clerk is responsible for the integrity of the City voting process.

The City Clerk is also the Civil Service Secretary responsible for the processing of Civil Service testing for the City.

The City Clerk's office serves the public in and is responsible for publishing and maintaining Municipal City Code. The Office also manages the claims.
